Grand West Consulting is led by Tristan Foster, a senior Digital Technology Consultant with over 15 years of experience in software delivery, product management, AI strategy and end-to-end business transformation.
Tristan has a proven track record of leading complex projects for clients across industries, including banking, fintech, health, retail and the not-for-profit sector. After seeing too many businesses struggle with failed implementations and “shelf-ware”, Tristan founded Grand West to provide a more practical, hands-on approach.
